Good morning all! I’ve had the honor of reviewing Kaffe Fassett latest quilting book, Simple Shapes Spectacular Quilts and it is stunning. I love how he draws from the world around him for inspiration. The book consists of 23 original quilt designs and they are incredible! He uses both organic designs like his quilt, Floral Snowballs to very linear designs like, Stripescape. He has a nice range of quilts for the beginner all the way up to the expert.
